About the Role:
As our HR Manager, you'll be instrumental in managing crucial HR functions, contributing directly to our company's success and employee well-being. This is a hands-on role where you'll get to shape our HR landscape.
What You'll Do:
- Recruitment Support: Play a key role in attracting top talent, from crafting compelling job ads to coordinating interviews.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and comprehensive employee records, ensuring data integrity.
- Payroll & Inquiries: Support efficient payroll processing and be the go-to person for employee inquiries.
- Onboarding & Development: Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences and impactful training programs.
- Policy & Procedure: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that support our growth.
- Administrative Excellence: Provide vital administrative support to our HR department, keeping everything running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven HR Experience: Preferably with a background in a similar industry.
- Payroll Savvy: A strong understanding of payroll systems and processes is essential.
- HR Knowledge: Solid grasp of HR policies, procedures, and South African labor laws.
- Exceptional Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with everyone.
- Team Player & Independent Spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively while also confidently working on your own.
- Relevant Qualification: A degree or diploma in HR is a plus, but your practical experience is what truly matters!
Salary: R15,000 - R20,000 per month
