About the position
Lead and implement HR initiatives across the business, ensuring operational support in talent management, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labour legislation. Support payroll, employee wellness, and CSI initiatives as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Management: Drive full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit processes. Ensure alignment with EE targets and legislative requirements.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance on IR issues and manage disciplinary processes
- Learning & Development: Facilitate performance management processes and development plans. Support upskilling and succession planning.
- HR Operations: Maintain accurate records, manage headcount, support payroll input, and drive key HR projects.
- Branch Support: Provide support vto branches/
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/degree in Human Resources or related field
- Min. 2-3 years' HR experience in FMCG or similar sector
- Strong IR, recruitment, training, and performance management skills
- Proficient in HRIS (e.g., VIP, ACCSYS), MS Office
- Valid driver's license
