About the position
Drive the development, implementation and adoption of the Company's People
strategy and plan.
? Develop, implement, and review HR Policies and Procedures in line with best practice
and regulatory requirements.
? Design, implement, and manage a Learnership program with relevant SETA focused
on recruiting and upskilling new and existing staff.
? Implement a fit-for-purpose talent management agenda that enables high quality staff
acquisitions, improved retention of staff, and contributes towards reinforcing the
desired culture.
? Define and implement relevant training program materials, as well as performance
management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
and can execute them effectively.
? Manage and update company wide Job Profiles
? Drive effective Change Management practices across the organisation.
? Identify and address culture related trends from employee climate assessments and
similar initiatives.
? Manage the implementation of HR systems and structures that ensure delivery in line
with the legislative framework and organisational objectives.
? Implement high quality HR support services that span across the employee lifecycle
from selection to off-boarding.
? Designand implement customised HR initiatives and programs aimed at optimising the
