Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our client's dynamic team in a growing BPO/Call Centre environment. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Human Resources or a related field, coupled with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in HR, specifically within a Call Centre BPO setting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, encompassing sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
- Oversee employee relations, including managing grievances, disciplinary actions, and resolving conflicts.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage performance management procedures, including goal setting, conducting performance reviews, and implementing development plans.
- Coordinate training and development activities aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance.
- Supervise compensation and benefits administration, including conducting salary benchmarking and overseeing incentive programs.
- Ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness of HR systems and records.
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Stay informed about developments in HR best practices and legislation to ensure compliance and facilitate continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5-8 years of HR experience in a Call Centre BPO environment.
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated capability in building and maintaining effective working relationships.
