Position: Human Resources Intern
Location: Montana, Pretoria

Role Overview:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Support HR professionals in training and development initiatives.
• Participate in employee relations activities and grievance handling.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace culture.
• Gain exposure to HRIS systems and data analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be based in or near Montana, Pretoria.
