About the position

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate and implement the recruitment, selection and placement process which include but not limited to, advertising vacant positions, screening Cvs and short listing, conducting interviews.
• Coordinating employer branding rollouts and projects such as Employee Value Proposition
• Coordinating and providing guidance for candidate networking activities
• Maintain personnel records/information in accordance with the applicable laws as well as the company's policies and procedures.
• Induct and onboard new employees
• Deploying global internal communication initiatives and activities for subsidiaries
• Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company
• Support and assist in the implementation of HR interventions
• Conduct exit interviews
• Employee experience analysis
• Facilitate and co-ordinate skills development initiatives
• Facilitate/coordinate employee wellness initiatives
• Perform any other duty as assigned
• Preparing all the reports for Head office

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Completed Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Strong systems knowledge
• SAP experience is essential
