About the position

About the Role:

As HR business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing people management practices across the organization. You'll contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and processes while providing comprehensive HR support.

What You'll Need

• National diploma in HR or significant progress toward a recognized HR qualification
• 4-5 years' experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in financial services
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, OHS)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Understanding of payroll-related financial concepts (advantageous)
• Proven track record of exceptional work performance
