We are recruiting an HR Generalist to join the Centurion Head Office of a well-established company. Minimum Requirements Overview of duties Salary Bracket
B Com HR / Equivalent
3+ years' work experience as HR Generalist
Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
Labour relations.
Facilitate organisational transformation and change management initiatives.
Work closely with line managers to understanding training needs.
Coordinate training with service providers.
Manage training register in preparation for annual training reporting.
Collate information for annual training reporting.
Conduct induction and on boarding of new employees.
Work closely with line manager to collect and submit payroll input.
Coordinate and manage legislation governance in relation to leave administration, overtime, employee working hours, bursary management.
Coordinate and manage payroll input for new employees.
Coordinate and submit payroll input for terminated employees.
Coordinate disability, funeral and death claims.
Coordinate and participate in Employment Equity forums.
Responsible for Annual submission of Employment Equity as well as annual submission and reporting on EE figures.
Responsible for Annual submission of WSP
R25 000 to R35 000 p/month ,depending on experience, qualification(s) and current / previous package
