Our client is seeking to appoint a HR Director for their GQ operation. You will provide leadership in developing and executing human resource policies, programs and initiatives for the South African operations to ensure effective management of the company's human resources function across divisions. This is achieved through the management of recruitment, staffing, training, employee relations and retention of staff.
Successful incumbent will be responsible for Financial Accountabilities; Business Process Accountabilities; Human Resource Planning and Provisioning; Training and Development; Labour Relations; Performance Management; HR Administration; Ensure execution of Human Resource Department's customer and stakeholder policy aligned with South African operation strategy.
Engage key internal customers and stakeholders on service/delivery needs including:

• Operations
• Engineering
• Quality
• Supply Chain

Bachelor's Degree Business/Human Resources with a minimum 10 years' experience in a automotive or related industry and a working knowledge of Labour Relations legislation.
