Permanent role in JHB - Eastern Suburbs
HR Business Partner
Mid Career (Above 6 yrs exp) | Gauteng
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in JHB - Eastern Suburbs. In this role, you will report to the GROUP HR OPERATIONS MANAGER and play a key role in our Human Resources department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field (NQF Level 7).
- Postgraduate Diploma or Honours Degree.
- Registration with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, and POPIA
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
This position requires a seasoned HR professional with a solid background in HR management.
