Our client is a forward-thinking, medium-sized automotive dealership entering an exciting period of expansion. With plans to open additional dealership locations in the near future, they are seeking a talented HR Business Partner to strengthen their team and help take their business to the next level.
This is a rare opportunity to join our leadership team at a pivotal moment in our growth journey. As our HR Business Partner, you'll have the autonomy to shape our people strategy, implement innovative HR initiatives, and build structures that support scale across multiple locations.
Your Impact
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with their ambitious growth objectives
- Lead organisational change management as they expand their footprint
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to support their expansion
- Create and enhance policies and procedures that foster a positive workplace culture
- Develop leadership capabilities across the organisation
- Drive performance management initiatives that prioritise both business results and employee development
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices across all locations
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Manager
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into effective people initiatives
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Experience managing organisational change and driving culture initiatives
- Confidence in challenging the status quo and introducing fresh perspectives
- Leadership presence and the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Retail sector experience is preferred but not essential—your HR expertise and leadership capabilities are what matter most
