HR Assistant

About the position

• Degree in Human Resources with minimum 1 years' experience in HR.
• Experience in Performance management will be preferable;
• Knowledge and experience in setting and monitoring of KPI's;
• Pastel Payroll Experience will be beneficial;
• Knowledge of Skills development Act and developing and implementing ATR and WSP;
• Must be strong on implementation and administration.
• Excellent writing skills and able to communicate
  clearly and concisely with all levels of employees.
• The successful candidate will report to the HR
  Officer regarding performance management and strategies. They will be required to monitor KPI's and report monthly to management and indicate
  problem areas in performance and targets. Plan, prepare and implement the annual WSP and ATR for FASSET. Motivate employees who are struggling to
  reach targets and identify obstacles and solutions.
