What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You will be responsible for processing payroll (30 employees), including assisting with EMP201, EMP501, and WCA submissions. You will track and report on Employment Equity and Skills Development, compile and report BBBEE data, and handle general HR duties. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, such as BCEA, LRA, SDA, EEA, and BBBEE. You will enjoy the variety and challenges of this role, which will allow you to use your sound knowledge of payroll and accounting principles, as well as your financial and business acumen to add value to the organization. Where you'll be doing it Our client is a supplier of raw materials in SA, they have a young and dynamic team within their strong and stable family owned and run business. This is an office based position with hours 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and Friday end 15:30. What you'll need You will need a Matric qualification with at least 1 years HR and Payroll experience. Non-negotiable is that you will be responsible for SDA, EEA and BBBEE reporting so you need to have experience with this. We're ideally looking for someone that is fluent in Afrikaans. You'll need a solid understanding of payroll principles and processing, including tax, is essential, along with sound knowledge of accounting principles. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like BCEA and LRA is crucial. Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential and Sage Payroll One would be beneficial.
