About the position

MAIN PURPOSE
To assist the HR Manager with the administration of various HR Generalist activities to support the implementation of the HR Strategy.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Pay Roll Administration
- Capturing of employee personal data on the system
- Capturing of employee movements on the system
- Capturing of monthly wage/salary inputs on the system
- Generation of payroll data related reports
- Printing and distribution of payslips Benefits Administration
- Leave administration and capturing on the system
- Pension fund employee enrolment and withdrawal
- Medical Aid Administration
- UIF Administration
- Recruitment Administration
- Drafting of Job Adverts and job advertising
- Response handling and longlisting of applicants
- Credential verifications
- Employment Contracts Drafting
- Time and Attendance
- New Joiner On boarding administration
- HR Office Administration
- HR Report Capturing
- Organograms updating
- Offboarding administration
- Employee Files Management
- Offer Admin Support to HR Manager
- Assistance in HR Events and projects
- Minutes Keeping in Management Union Meetings
- Prepare Interview packs and disciplinary Packs

CONSEQUENCES OF ERROR OF JUDGEMENT AND ITS IMPACT ON THE OPERATION
- Poor HR data and Records which could lead to low confidence in HR
- Incorrect wage and salaries payments and benefits administration
- Negative Findings or outcome in HR Audits

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum qualification required:
- N6 in HR Management or Accounting
- VIP Payroll Certificate
- 2-3years Payroll and or HR Administration experience
