What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll play a central role in ensuring smooth HR operations - from maintaining accurate personnel records, supporting payroll processing to coordinating recruitment, onboarding and staff development. You'll support employee relations, policy compliance and performance management processes. Beyond traditional HR tasks, you'll manage the Embassy's record-keeping systems and assist with event planning and broader operations when needed. Where you'll be doing it Our client is a highly regarded international government body representing a nation based in Europe. The organisation is known for its professionalism, strong ethical culture, and commitment to high standards. You'll be part of a diverse, multicultural team, working in a supportive environment that values accuracy, integrity, and service excellence. You will be fully office based with a 40 hour week. What you'll need You'll hold a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with at least 2 years of HR administrative experience - ideally within a multinational or culturally diverse environment. A strong grasp of South African labour laws, excellent English communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Knowledge of French or German is an added advantage, as is a discreet, service-oriented attitude.
