What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) In this varied role, you'll coordinate and facilitate both internal and external training programmes, ensuring employee training records are always audit-ready. You'll manage onboarding and induction training, support WSP/ATR submissions, and handle SETA processes with confidence. You will provide support in disciplinary processes and hearings and you'll also tackle diverse HR admin tasks as they arise. No two days will be the same, giving you exposure to all facets of HR within a thriving technical environment. Where you'll be doing it Our client is a well-established company known for its significant contribution to the electrical industry. They have a reputation for delivering excellent service across a wide range of electrical contracting and project management services. With a focus on quality, safety, and innovation, this company fosters a collaborative and performance-driven culture. You will be office based, in Epping, Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm. What you'll need You'll hold an HR Diploma or Degree with at least 2-3 years of HR admin experience (ideally in a technical or trade environment), you'll bring strong Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and solid knowledge of BCEA and labour legislation. Experience with SETA/WSP submissions and industrial relations processes will be highly advantageous.
