About the position

Postion Summary:
SAEON HR Department offers Human Resources services to employees who are located at the six SAEON Nodes, which are distributed across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and co-ordination of interviewsAssist with training and development requestsAssist with organising the wellness initiatives for all SAEON nodes that are distributed across the countryAdministration of leave and attendanceMaintaining HR recordsFacilitate HR surveys Offer general administrative support to the SAEON HR team

Minimum Qualification:

• Diploma / Advanced Certificate / NQF 6

Minimum Experience:

• 2-3 years

• National Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent

Experience:

• Records management in the HR departmentDealing with confidential informationScheduling interviews or HR meetings with various stakeholders

Knowledge:

• Labour legislationData and records management

Additional Notes:
Experience in booking flights and accommodation (advantageous)Basic understanding of payroll (advantageous)The NRF website provides more details on the initiatives and activities
