About the position

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join the Port Elizabeth team, 

·         Maintain and update employee records and physical files in compliance with POPIA


·         Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.


·         Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees.


·         Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related documentation.


·         Track employee leave, absences, and time-off in line with BCEA requirements.


·         Support payroll input by providing accurate employee data and documentation.


·         Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures


·         Coordinate performance appraisal processes and training sessions.


·         Respond to HR-related queries from employees and management.


·         Assist with internal HR audits and compliance reporting (EEA, WSP/ATR, COIDA, etc.).


·         Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.




Requirements·         Grade 12


·         Relevant qualification preferred


·         2–3 years' experience in an HR administration or similar role.


·         Experience working with South African HR and labour law compliance.


·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


·         Financial background will be preferred
