You're meticulous, systems-driven and thrive on creating structure. You enjoy building processes from scratch and making things run properly. Analytical and naturally organised, you take pride in clean data, accurate reporting and well-managed workflows. You're proactive, self-sufficient and confident engaging stakeholders, yet still a collaborative team player who enjoys being part of a positive, energetic environment.
You'll take ownership of HR operations, ensuring HRIS integrity, reporting accuracy and seamless administration across the employee lifecycle. From onboarding and benefits administration to employment equity, B-BBEE and skills development reporting (WSP/ATR), you'll ensure compliance and data excellence. You'll optimise Sage 300 People, build dashboards, improve workflows, manage vendor relationships, support audits, and strengthen reporting on headcount, turnover and transformation metrics. You'll also enhance employee wellness initiatives and act as a key liaison across payroll, brokers and internal stakeholders - creating structure in a fast-growing environment.
You'll be based at a leading and growing financial services group in Westlake, known for its innovative approach and collaborative culture. With a strong reputation for excellence and a commitment to doing things differently, you'll be joining a purpose-driven team where contribution is valued and people are empowered to make an impact. They are a company that is invested in their staff and their well-being, and their staff are high performers that are passionate about their business. They foster a healthy, happy culture that is driven by collaboration and client service. The business is growing and therefore the need to be agile is important. If you're looking for a professional company that has a family, relaxed feel to it then this is it. There is some hybrid working for this role.
You'll bring 5-7+ years' experience in HR operations within a fast-paced environment, with strong Sage 300 People expertise. Solid exposure to EE, B-BBEE and Skills Development reporting is essential, along with advanced Excel and HR analytics capability. A financial, commercial or HR qualification is advantageous. You must be highly detail-oriented, systems-savvy, trustworthy and confident managing compliance and HR data independently. We're looking for someone that is agile and understands that you'll be the one creating processes, therefore you're not walking in to a structured function, you will need to create the structure.
In addition to a competitive salary, you'll benefit from a performance-based profit share, 22 days' leave plus birthday leave, additional loyalty leave after 5 years, study support, and unique investment benefits. The team culture is collaborative and informal, with hybrid flexibility and strong growth potential.
