About the position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will work closely with the HR Manager and other team members to support various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the department. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent HR graduate to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and internal communications.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
- Support the HR Manager in handling employee relations issues, including disciplinary matters and grievances.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare regular HR reports and assist with data analysis as required.
- General HR Support:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
