About the position
We are recruiting an HR & Payroll Administrator to join the Centurion Head Office of a well-established FMCG manufacturing & distribution company.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- 8+ year payroll administration experience
- Clear ITC
- Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
Overview of duties
Maintenance of personnel files.
Department of Labour documents to be done monthly which includes the following documents:
- UI19
- Salary schedule
- Certificate of Service
- Employment confirmation
- Salary breakdowns
- Maternity documents
Maintain monthly input filing system.
Loading of new employees on VIP Payroll.
General administrative tasks relating to HR and payroll.
Updating of personal information of VIP Payroll.
Maintain and update employees on ERS clocking system.
General input on Payroll - VIP Premier.
Salary Bracket
R18, 000 to R24, 000 per month CTC, depending on experience, qualification(s) and current / previous package
