Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and grace.
- Manage reservations and guest flow to ensure smooth, efficient seating.
- Liaise with the service team to maintain impeccable timing and table management.
- Maintain the appearance and atmosphere of the entrance and reception area.
- Provide guests with information about menus, wine pairings, and estate experiences.
- Handle special requests, VIP arrivals, and guest feedback with care and confidence.
- Support the overall front-of-house team in delivering seamless 5-star service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hospitality or fine dining environment.
- Immaculate grooming, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., ResDiary, OpenTable) is an advantage.
- Calm under pressure with a positive, guest-first attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
