About the position
We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth service delivery across one or multiple hospitality sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book and schedule staff for shifts
- Issue employment contracts and ensure compliance
- Capture and manage staff timesheets accurately
- Handle disciplinary matters in line with company policy
- Communicate effectively with clients and management
- Supervise staff across more than one site when required
- Ensure high standards of service and professionalism at all times
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven hospitality industry background (essential)
- Matric certificate
- Own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable)
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong administrative, communication, and people-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
