Hospitality Analyst

About the position

An exciting opportunity is available for a Hospitality Analyst to join a growing investment advisory team focused on the African hospitality sector. This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys financial modelling, market research, and transaction support while working on hospitality investment opportunities across Africa.

Experience Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field
• 1-3 years' experience in consulting, real estate investment banking, advisory, valuation, or a similar analytical role
• Hospitality sector experience advantageous but not essential
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong analytical, numerical, and research abilities
• Experience using analytical and AI-enabled tools advantageous
• Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Willingness to travel across Africa when required
