Our client is on the on the hunt for a knowledgeable and proactive Hospital Manager who will take the helm of a transformative project - establishing, managing, and scaling a hospital that embodies the heart of the healthcare vision. You’ll oversee full operational delivery, ensuring best-in-class clinical care, efficient systems, and seamless collaboration between hospital teams and Head Office.
Minimum Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field is essential.
- A Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) will be considered a strong advantage.
- A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Hospital or Hospitality Management.
- At least 3 years of proven people management experience, leading diverse teams in dynamic environments.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in:
- Leading strategic planning and direction for a hospital (non-acute) in alignment with the organisation’s mission and long-term goals.
- Developing hospital operational standards based on both global and local best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
- Setting goals and performance standards that directly support the hospital’s business objectives.
- Effectively planning and utilising available staff and equipment to maximise productivity and service quality.
- Guiding and supporting key departments, such as Nursing and Patient Experience, to ensure overall operational success.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and proactively identifying and managing operational risks.
- Ensuring the consistent delivery of quality patient care by maintaining high standards and employing suitably qualified healthcare professionals.
