Hospital Manager

About the position

A senior leadership opportunity is available for an accomplished Hospital Manager to oversee the strategic, operational, and commercial performance of a non-acute healthcare facility in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, lead multidisciplinary teams, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient-centred healthcare services.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Master's in Business Administration (MBA) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in Hospital or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum of 3 years' people management experience.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership and operational management experience.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and business planning skills.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams within a healthcare environment.
• Sound understanding of healthcare legislation, governance, and Health and Safety requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership, organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
