About the position

INTRODUCTION

To supports multiple restaurant brands operating through a centralised delivery HUB ensuring efficient last-mile delivery operations and excellent customer service.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate daily delivery operations across multiple restaurants.
• Support restaurants, delivery drivers, and hub operations
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational & delivery issues.
• Track and report on delivery metrics in accordance with brand KPI's.
• Assist with administration and planning.
• Ensure compliance with operational and health & safety standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Formal Education

• Minimun Higher Diploma or National Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Matric mandatory

Experience

• Graduate

Advantageous

• Valid motorcycle/bike licence.
• Previous hospitality, customer service, delivery, Call Centre or logistics experience.

In Summary, our selection criteria are:

• South African citizen
• Between the ages of 18 and 28
• Individual that has never been on a YES programme before
• Our intern programme take place over the course of 12 months
• Clear criminal record
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office
• Not studying full-time during the programme period
