High Performance Outbound Sales - Telephone at Tea Industries

About the position

Tea Industries is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to schools and retailers via phone to promote our range of healthy drinks and secure orders. If you are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy building relationships with customers, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to schools and retailers by phone to introduce our products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Present product features and benefits in a compelling manner to drive sales
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sale to meet both customer and company needs
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activities in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.

Requirements:- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry- Strong phone presence and confidence in making cold calls to potential customers- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
