What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Provide expert fashion advice and styling tips to help customers curate their perfect look.
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding personal and store targets.
- Assist with merchandising, stock management, and maintaining an inviting store presentation.
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and supportive team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive retail experience, preferably in high-end fashion boutiques or premium retail environments.
- Previous experience with brands such as Poetry, Rosella, Sissy Boy, or similar upmarket fashion retailers.
- A proven sales record and strong ability to close sales.
- Excellent styling skills and a natural flair for fashion.
- A customer-first attitude with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Well-groomed, polished, and professional presentation.
- Positive energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Based in Somerset or surrounding areas and flexible to work late trading hours, especially during the festive season.
