About the position

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting network problems, configuring operating systems, and leveraging remote desktop connections to offer prompt support. You'll primarily communicate through email and chat to provide quick resolutions to straightforward IT issues. For more complex challenges, you will engage with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and MS Teams or by providing clear, written instructions and technical manuals. Ultimately, your goal is to become a reliable resource for our customers, delivering timely and accurate solutions to their technical needs.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.

  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.

  • Experience with SAP.

  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.

  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Fresh Service).

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
