This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine drive to improve the customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Provide an exceptional customer experience through telephone and email support.
- Manage customer queries with professionalism, efficiency, and empathy.
- Resolve issues within SLA guidelines, escalating complex cases to the relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate records, track progress, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to improve service delivery.
- Report and escalate recurring issues to ensure long-term solutions.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
- Education: Matric/Grade 12 (essential), IT qualification (preferred).
- Experience: 2–3 years in customer software support.
- Skills:
- Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Jira Helpdesk (or similar tools).
- Excellent telephone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills.
- SQL Reporting Services knowledge (nice to have).
