About the position
HEAT TREATMENT OPERATOR - Metallurgical Qualification will be an Advantage, but not Mandatory -
ENGINEERING or MINING Industry experience
Benoni area, East Rand, Gauteng
HEAT TREATMENT OPERATOR - Engineering or Mining Industry experience preferred
Metallurgical Qualification will be an Advantage
3-5 Year's experience as a HEAT TREATMENT OPERATOR
Double check Temperatures and Times for different Materials
on the Job Card
Place Material in the Furnace and take out at the Correct
time
Quench Blades to determine if the need to be Clamped in the
Press or Anvil
CHECK Gas & Oil weekly
Heat Treatment Documentation to be completed
CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD - will be verified
