Matric or Equivalent
Double check Temperatures & times for different Materials on
Job Card
Place Material in the FURNACE
Quench all Blades in Oil after Heat Treatment, if required
Check Blades to determine if the need to be clamped in the
Press or Anvil
Weigh All Jobs & Record the correct Weight on the Job Card
Check Gas & Oil weekly
Attend to HEAT TREATMENT & Documentation to be
completed
Clean Criminal record - will be verified
