About the position

Our client is looking for an experienced Health, Safety and Security (HSS) Manager
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying occupational health and safety training needs within the workplace.
  • Protecting property against fire, theft, and damage.
  • Ensuring cooperation with fire safety and evacuation procedures.
  • Minimizing financial and legal risks related to safety, health, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) aspects.
  • Ensuring management sets clear objectives and targets for SHEQ compliance.
  • Collaborating with contractors: Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

 
Required Qualifications

  • National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in safety and security management or related qualification

 
Required Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years related experience
  • 3 years’ supervisory or management experience
