About the position
Our client within the commercial agricultural space is seeking a detail-oriented HSE Officer. Candidates are required to have a completed matric certificate, and a SAMTRAC or equivalent healthy and safety qualification. One should also have proven experience in health and safety functions.
The HSE Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation and monitoring of the HSEMS.
Key Responsibilities Includes:
- Supporting HSE Management.
- Assist with incident investigations, corrective actions and follow-ups.
- Facilitate training activities.
- Manage hazard identification processes, forms, and registers.
