What you will do:

• Own the development and rollout of health and safety systems across multiple sites.

• Investigate and advise on incidents, ensuring lessons drive safer practices.
• Engage directly with clients, contractors, and teams, making safety a shared priority.
• Keep safety files, risk assessments, and site-specific plans accurate and actionable.

Requirements:

• Relevant health and safety qualification with SACPCMP CHSO registration.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in civil engineering or construction, managing safety across multiple sites.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate with confidence at every level.
• A proactive mindset that sees risks before they become problems.
