Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the SHE team in implementing safety, health, and environmental strategies.
- Assist in risk assessments, incident investigations, and compliance audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion a safety-first culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in production, quality, and engineering.
- Promote sustainability practices aligned with company and regulatory goals.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental procedures across our production facilities.
- Participate in site audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote SHE awareness among staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Engineering) to ensure SHE standards are upheld in our delicious operations.
- Passion for workplace safety, food production, and sustainable practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the food industry.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Completed Degree or Advanced Diploma in Health & Safety Management
