About the position
We are seeking a strategic Organisational Effectiveness (OE) & Culture Consultant to help translate employee insights, culture data, and behavioural signals into practical, evidence-based interventions that drive sustainable high performance, inclusion, and culture transformation.
This role sits at the intersection of employee insights, behavioural science, change management, and culture enablement, with a strong focus on turning insight into action.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Insights (Voice of the Employee)
Consolidate and interpret multiple employee data sources (e.g. engagement surveys, OHI, pulse data)
Translate insights into clear, prioritised actions for leadership
Support the development of an integrated VoE dashboard (in partnership with data teams)
2. Culture & OHI Enablement
Analyse Organizational Health Index (OHI) results and translate into practical culture workstreams
Define clear actions, ownership, and measurable outcomes
Enable leaders to apply insights in real business contexts
3. Culture Transformation & Behaviour Change
Support enterprise culture shifts focused on:
High performance
Collaboration
Entrepreneurial mindset
Identify behavioural drivers and design practical interventions and reinforcing mechanisms (e.g. leadership practices, recognition, ways of working)
4. DEI Change & Implementation
Translate DEI strategy into clear, actionable behaviours and messaging
Develop change and communication approaches to drive adoption
Support rollout of existing initiatives (e.g. gender action plans)
5. Behavioural Insights & Intervention Design
Apply behavioural science principles to diagnose culture challenges
Design scalable, evidence-based interventions
Link insights ? actions ? measurable outcomes
6. Employer Brand & Culture Narrative
Translate culture and employee insights into a clear internal employer brand narrative
Align leadership behaviours, employee experience, and EVP
Support development of internal storytelling and influencer enablement frameworks
Key Requirements
8–12+ years’ experience in:
Organisational Effectiveness / Organisational Development
Culture transformation / employee experience
Human Capital or People Consulting
Proven ability to:
Translate data and insights into practical business actions
Drive behaviour change and culture initiatives
Engage and influence senior stakeholders
Experience with:
Employee insights / Voice of Employee programmes
Change management and communication strategies
Culture diagnostics (e.g. OHI – highly advantageous)
Advantageous:
Experience in management consulting (e.g. Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, EY, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group)
Exposure to behavioural science / behaviour change frameworks
Financial services experience
