About the position
A well-established financial services business is seeking to appoint a Head of Strategy
The incumbent will oversee the coordination of the different initiatives that are required to execute the strategy and provide direction in the execution of the strategic objectives in the various areas within the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in Strategic Management/ Business Management or related qualification.
- Post graduate qualification in Strategic Management/ Business Management or related qualification.
- Post graduate qualification in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- At least 10-12 years’ relevant experience in Strategy related environment of which 5 (five) years must have been at a senior management level.
- Strategic consulting skills coupled with significant experience developing and implementing transformational business strategies.
- Overall business acumen as well a proven and successful track record of developing and driving growth initiatives and identifying business opportunities in order to develop strategies that capitalize on those opportunities.
