Summary of Role:
This position is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of solution delivery — from planning and execution to post-deployment support. The role requires strong leadership, strategic alignment with business priorities, and a commitment to continuous improvement in delivery and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate delivery, support, and PMO teams
- Manage execution of product roadmaps and delivery plans
- Oversee post-deployment support and incident response
- Align delivery with business priorities and available resources
- Continuously improve internal processes and standards
