About the position
Seeking a Software Development Team Lead to drive innovation, ensure high-quality solutions, and oversee product development while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant Degree/Diploma in Computer Science
- 10+ years' software development experience across the full project lifecycle
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Expertise in Java, Angular, React, Springboot, Kubernetes, Docker, Azure DevOps, Git
- Proficiency in full-stack development and database design (MySQL)
- Strong background in architectural design and software patterns
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate) are advantageous
- Experience with unit testing, CI/CD, and security compliance
