Career Opportunity: Head of Health Safety Security and Environment
Are you a seasoned professional seeking a challenging leadership role in Health Safety Security and Environment (HSSE)? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of HSSE to join our client in Rosebank. As a key player in their organization, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and drive change in the realm of security, law enforcement, and environmental safety.
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in security, law enforcement, and criminal justice.
- Strong network and relationships across security arms/bodies.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and inspiring security teams.
- Extensive experience in HSSE and field security (8-10 years).
Job-Specific Competencies:
- Security Intelligence & Awareness: Stay informed about security trends and threats to proactively address potential risks.
- Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents and breaches.
- Law Enforcement Liaison Management: Coordinate with law enforcement agencies to support security operations.
- Security Risk Assessment & Evaluation: Identify and assess security risks to implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety requirements across building and tower sites, conducting regular assessments and evaluations.
- Decision-Making: Make informed and timely decisions regarding security protocols and procedures.
- Incident Briefing: Communicate security incidents and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Health and Safety Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on health and safety compliance and incidents.
