About the position
Are you a natural hunter with a proven track record of driving growth, leading high-performing teams, and closing big deals? Our client, a leading name in workspace solutions, is looking for a Head of Sales to take charge of their national sales strategy and push performance to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and energise a driven sales team to exceed ambitious growth targets.
- Craft and execute strategic sales plans that capture new business and expand market share.
- Personally pursue and close high-value opportunities
- Analyse sales data, forecast trends, and identify untapped opportunities.
- Build, coach, and inspire a culture of accountability, excellence, and results.
- Partner with leadership to align sales initiatives with marketing, operations, and overall business strategy.
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years’ B2B sales experience, including 5+ in a senior leadership role.
- A hunter mentality – you love the chase, and you know how to close.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of consistent overachievement.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in interiors, furniture, fit-out, or design industries is highly advantageous.
