About the position
A global organisation is looking for a senior rewards professional to take ownership of compensation and benefits across a complex, multi-region environment. This role combines strategic input with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can balance market competitiveness, internal equity, and regulatory compliance.
This role is ideal for a compensation and benefits professional that enjoys shaping reward strategies that genuinely impact employee experience and business performance.
If successful, you will work closely with HR, Finance, and leadership teams to design and deliver reward frameworks that support both talent attraction and retention, while also ensuring operational efficiency and governance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design and ongoing management of compensation, benefits, and incentive structures
- Partnering with global and regional stakeholders to ensure reward policies remain competitive and aligned to business needs
- Conducting benchmarking across salaries, benefits, and incentive frameworks using market data and industry insights
- Driving annual reward cycles, including salary reviews, bonus allocations, and equity-related processes
- Supporting hiring decisions through the development of appropriate salary ranges and job pricing
- Managing short- and long-term incentive plans, ensuring effectiveness and alignment to performance outcomes
- Ensuring all reward practices comply with local legislation and internal governance standards
- Building dashboards and reports to provide insights and support decision-making
- Working closely with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- Overseeing benefits programmes, including medical, retirement, and leave structures
- Managing relationships with external vendors and brokers to ensure competitive offerings
- Supporting the resolution of complex or escalated employee reward-related queries
Key requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, including leadership responsibility
- Strong analytical capability, with advanced Excel skills and exposure to reporting or visualisation tools such as Power BI or similar
- Solid understanding of remuneration frameworks, benefits structures, and local regulatory requirements
- Experience working in a global or multi-region environment
- The ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across different levels of the organisation
- A commercial mindset, with a track record of improving efficiency and managing costs
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience within large-scale services, operations, or analytics-driven environments will be advantageous
