About the position
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and strategic Head of Organizational Effectiveness to lead enterprise-wide culture, employee experience, and behavioral transformation initiatives within a dynamic corporate environment.
This role is ideal for a seasoned Organizational Effectiveness, Culture Transformation, or HR Strategy professional who is passionate about translating employee insights, behavioral science, and leadership priorities into measurable culture outcomes and sustainable high performance.
You will work closely with senior leadership, HR, Organizational Effectiveness, and business stakeholders to drive meaningful change across employee engagement, inclusion, leadership effectiveness, culture enablement, and employer brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Insights & Voice of the Employee (VoE)
- Review and consolidate employee feedback data including engagement surveys, OHI results, pulse surveys, and qualitative feedback
- Lead the development of an integrated Voice of the Employee insights framework and dashboard
- Translate complex employee insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership teams
- Enable data-driven culture and leadership decision-making
- Identify key themes, risks, priorities, and organizational trends
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
Allyship & Inclusion Enablement
- Translate DEI strategies into practical and accessible communication initiatives
- Develop change management and communication plans that drive inclusive leadership behaviors
- Create practical tools, messaging, and guidance that move DEI from awareness into action
- Support employee understanding, engagement, and buy-in
Gender Differences Action Plan Rollout
- Drive implementation of existing gender equity initiatives
- Define execution milestones, responsibilities, and risk considerations
- Support communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption across business units
Culture Enablement & Organizational Health
OHI (Organizational Health Index) Enablement
- Analyze and interpret Organizational Health Index (OHI) results
- Translate survey findings into actionable culture workstreams
- Partner with stakeholders to embed measurable culture improvement initiatives
- Drive practical application of culture insights across the organization
Enterprise Culture Shift Initiatives
Support strategic culture priorities focused on:
- Sustainable high performance
- Entrepreneurial thinking and innovation
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Employee wellbeing and recognition
Responsibilities include:
- Aligning existing people and culture initiatives
- Identifying behavioral drivers and reinforcement mechanisms
- Recommending leadership and workplace practices that strengthen desired culture outcomes
Organizational Effectiveness Partnership Model
- Design and enhance the OE Forum partnership model across Group and cluster teams
- Clarify roles, expectations, governance, and ways of working
- Develop practical tools and frameworks to support consistent execution
Behavioral Insights & Culture Transformation
- Partner with the Culture Behavioral Insights Unit (CBIU)
- Apply behavioral science methodologies to diagnose organizational challenges
- Translate behavioral insights into scalable, measurable interventions
- Ensure recommendations are evidence-based, practical, and outcome-driven
Employer Brand & Employee Experience
- Develop a compelling internal employer brand narrative aligned to culture and EVP
- Strengthen alignment between leadership behaviors, employee experience, and employer branding
- Support the development of authentic employee and influencer storytelling initiatives
- Create messaging playbooks, communication guidance, and engagement frameworks
- Recommend mechanisms to measure employer brand effectiveness and culture impact
