HEAD OF ORGANISATION EFFECTIVENESSSenior Management Opportunity | Competitive Executive Remuneration
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Organisation Effectiveness to lead organisational development initiatives, drive people strategies and enhance organisational performance within a leading organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organisational effectiveness and development strategies.
- Lead talent management, organisational design, performance management and succession planning initiatives.
- Drive organisational culture transformation, change management and employee engagement.
- Provide strategic leadership and align people initiatives with organisational objectives.
- Lead and manage the Organisation Effectiveness function.
Minimum Requirements – Strictly Applicable- Minimum 10 years' experience in Organisational Effectiveness / Human Resources Management, of which at least 5 years MUST have been in a senior management role.
- Proven exposure to organisational development, talent management, organisational culture, change management and other functions across the HR value chain.
- A postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology or an equivalent field.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic people and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
- Experience within Financial Services or Professional Services (Consulting) will be advantageous.
