We are looking for a Head of Open Programmes for our client in the Higher Education sector. This role calls for an innovative, results-oriented leader to drive and expand a portfolio of leadership and business skills development programmes.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of programme design expertise, strategic business insight, and sales leadership. This position is pivotal in accelerating growth, meeting revenue objectives, and establishing the organisation as a leading force within the Higher Education landscape.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: A relevant bachelor's degree is required, a master's degree in business, education or a related field is preferred.
Expertise: Demonstrated capability in leadership development and business skills training.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the higher education landscape, including competitor analysis and market trends.
