Head of Installation

About the position

• Focus on developing, implementing and reviewing the installations services strategy in order to ensure that the approved strategic objectives are achieved for our Client's business within the stipulated timeframes.
• The successful incumbent will create and drive a product installation and logistics strategy that speaks to the evolving services of our Client's business coupled with providing sufficient operational capacity to process business volumes and meet and exceed the required customer service delivery standards.
• Responsible for the creation of installation strategy to guide the Installations Services department as determined by the strategic objectives.
• Responsible for the communication and implementation of a business plan that will enable the achievement of the departmental strategy for Installations Services.
• Ensure alignment of the strategic goals for the Installations Services department with our Client's business Stakeholders.
