Minimum Requirements
Grade 12/Matric
Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Fleet Management, Transport, Business Management or related
Valid driver's license
Strong fleet management experience
Overview of position
To manage the luxury vehicle fleet ensuring maximum utilisation, profitability, maintenance compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage fleet utilisation and availability.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules.
- Monitor vehicle tracking and performance.
- Manage drivers and fleet coordinators.
- Ensure licensing and insurance compliance.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections.
- Manage accident and insurance claims.
- Monitor operating costs and profitability.
- Develop fleet expansion strategies.
- Ensure premium customer service standards.
