What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll be leading the Finance & HR Competence Centre and managing a small team of three. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Deputy CEO, you'll be responsible for full bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting functions - including monthly trial balances, audits, cash flow forecasting, payroll, and tax/VAT returns in line with both local and international standards. You'll also introduce full cost accounting, consolidate accounts across regional offices, and oversee personnel records. What you'll need You hold a relevant degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field, and bring at least 10 years of hands-on experience in finance. You will need strong leadership experience. Your knowledge of South African accounting, tax, and financial software (especially Sage Pastel) is solid. You can translate numbers into insight and have experience preparing audits, reports, and forecasts.
